Our services work very similar to being hosted at an agistment centre, just at your home. This means no environmental change for your horse or extensive planning and coordination for you!
We can offer full or part board style servicing and have a range of add on’s that you may also select if you would like.
Our pricing is dependent on two factors, selected services & location.
We can assist you for holiday or work travel/FIFO needs and in return you can expect daily wellbeing reporting, emergency care coordination (if required), feed arrangements and a happy horse!

What we do
We provide mobile stable hand services to your horse at home.. Whether you require a regular assistance or holiday agistment service, we tailor our services to suit you.
When we attend your property we will discuss the depth of care you would like catered for in your absence.

Travel is included within a 15km radius of Oakford. We are happy to service our clients outside of this however a travel fee may apply.

No two clients are the same, we therefore provide a tailored solution to each client and their horses requirements.
This includes a Meet & Greet with one of our team members, Horse Profile application, allocation of suitable Stable Hand and a 30 minute handover the day prior to your services commencing.

Experience is key to ensure we not only provide a suitably qualified stable hand to our clients to suit the breed and temperament of your horse, but to ensure the safety of our team members while on assignment also.
Tesselia Park maintain a comprehensive training program for all employees as well as the monitoring of quality assurance practices.
We will ensure your necessities are met and where required, coordinate feed deliveries, attend on property appointments etc.

What we do
We provide a mid day service to clean, tidy and prepare your stables for the end of the day.
Picture this…. You walk out to the stables in the morning, turn out your horses and leave the mess behind you…. Only to return in the evening to manicured boxes, prepared hard feed, perfectly portioned hay nets, fresh sparkling water and nothing for you to do but change their rug, poor in their feed and tuck them into bed. Doesn’t that sound magical?
We understand how time consuming horse ownership can be while juggling professional and family responsibilities.

The Stable Fairy is available as a weekday service for your required tasks or as a one-off stable cleaning and organisation.
We do have a minimum 1 hour booking requirement for all sessions.

A dedicated Equine Massage Therapist organised to visit your property and massage your horse as you require.
transport
In the event of a medical or bush fire emergency, we can assist with transporting your horse to a safe destination. Unfortunately we do not offer general horse transport though.
equine trainer
A qualified and dedicated Trainer organised to visit your property and exercise your horse as you require.
*Float training is also available.

emergency response
Emergency response is of the upmost importance to the team at Tesselia Park.
Our team receive regular emergency response training for potential incidents that may occur such as snake relocations, bush fire threats and medical emergencies.
We are happy to discuss these with you further upon application.

We personalise the services to what you need for your horse, on your property. Costs are quoted based on duration spent on site when tending to the everyday needs of your horse.

Yes we can! We offer additional services based on exercise requirements for your horse. These are quoted as an additional service.

Yes we can! We offer equine massage as an additional service by one of our beautifully qualified Massage Therapists.

Absolutely. We can coordinate the delivery with your stock feeders and attempt to align with our visit to help you avoid extra expense.

In the event of an emergency, where you are not present, your horse needs to be able to be loaded (potentially) by someone they have not met. With heightened adrenaline, we need to ensure they are trained to load to prevent increased risk to the safety of our team and your horse.

Absolutely! You will receive a wellbeing report that will include photos to your email every day.

There should not be a likelihood of this happening. Our rotations start early and we aim to be at our designated destination within 30 minutes of what has been committed. If there are significant delays, we will communicate with you or have already attempted scheduling another team member to assist if able.

Yes, we can do that. As you can expect a sweet bond often occurs between your horse and his temporary carer while you are away. Our team are more than happy to have any excuse to hang out with your four-legged friend!
It is best to outline this at the time of booking however we will do our best to accommodate should we already be in rotation.

We have a commitment to our staff to keep them safe. As a new person within a horses “safe space” it is important we have all the information to ensure we are equipped to care for your horse and our people equally.
